Bottle deposits

Our bottles are really important to us. They are made of tough recyclable polycarbonate and can be refilled up to 50 times! At the end of a bottle's life, it is broken up and recycled.
Bottle deposits are in place to ensure empty bottles are returned so that we can reuse them.
Whilst this involves an initial deposit payment, no additional costs are incurred if the number of bottles delivered is the same as the number of bottles returned.
If water consumption increases, or a bottle is not quite finished, a deposit is charged until the additional bottles delivered are returned. Download the info sheet below to see example deliveries:
