Calcium in our water
Calcium is the major constituent of our bones and teeth. The average western diet contains slightly less than the recommended daily intake of Calcium, so deficiency is common. The EU recommended daily allowance or 'R.D.A.' of calcium is 800mg a day. Dairy products such as milk and cheese are the most common source of Calcium, though surprisingly water can be a good source of Calcium too! By looking at our water analysis we have found that by drinking 2 litres of our water you can get 24% of your Calcium needed in a day. Calcium helps: So not only are you hydrated but your bones strong too!
