Subsequent to a consultation as to an organisation’s requirements, Health and Lifestyle Training consists of a combination of any of the following components:

Our in-house research scientist, Dr Colin Wilson BSc PhD, will provide a 20-minute introduction and overview of the benefits to health of adequate hydration. The presentation will focus on such aspects as: 
 
   What is meant by adequate hydration?
  How much does an individual need to drink to be adequately hydrated?
  What are the health and performance benefits of keeping well hydrated?
What are the health problems associated with dehydration?
  What can influence the hydration status of the body?
 
There is much information and misinformation available today. We try and sort out reality from myth to help people make informed choices about their own health and wellbeing, and provide time to answer any questions that individuals may have as straightforwardly and honestly as possible.

Health Surveys

Our health surveys are an excellent tool to establish specific details of your staff's wellbeing requirements. Confidential online or paper forms are completed and then analised in a management report. The report details trends and data, helping you to decide the best training and wellbeing solution for your workforce.
