Our mobile sight testing can ensure that your legal requirements are met, whilst offering a benefit that many employees value highly as part of their Employee Benefits Scheme. Your company is obliged to provide the following for employees who regularly use VDU (computer) screens at work:

• A full eye examination from a qualified Optometrist
• VDU glasses if they are found necessary for VDU work
• Safety glasses if they are found necessary for work
• Subsequent eye examinations as specified by 
  the examining Optometrist (normally every two years)

Pre Screening

Firstly, we will come to your location and pre screen all those who at present do not wear spectacles. This procedure only takes about three to five minutes and is done using the latest and very accurate machinery. This helps to eradicate the need to sight test a whole group at a large expense and saves hours of lost time sending individuals off site to have a sight test.

Full Sight Test 

Once the initial screening has been carried out we will send you a report confirming the number of people who will need a full sight test, in addition we will arrange an appropriate day to return and complete the sight tests and dispense the required spectacles. The cost of the screening will be discounted from the cost of any individuals who require a full sight test.
